My petition had only been filed by my father who is a permanent U.S. resident last January of 2004 and it would take 100 to 999 days to process.

I would like to join my parents to the United States soon but unfortunately, it would take years. My only concern is both of my parents are in their senior years and very concern of their health. Is there any other humanitarian way for me to join my parents?

Hope for your immediate reply. Thanks.

you should ask your question in the Immigration/Family Immigration section of the forum. This section is for students on non-immigrant visas. Since I-130 has been filed for you, a non-immigrant visa is almost impossible for you to get.

If you are a eligible bachelor, get married an US Citizen girl. Only way to join your parents immediatley.
