Need Help: Urgent H1 will be terminated

Hi,

I'm new to this forum and I would like to ask question if I can still transfer my h1b to another employer after it has been terminated. Here's the situation.

Employer A sponsored me for H1b and filed Labor certification last Nov 4, 2004. Now, due to business reason, I have been laid off and per them, they will cancel my H1b effective March 4, 2005. I have an expected employer but in case they file h1b transfer after March 4, 2005, would there be any problem?

I appreciate any help as I need to know what should I do right now.

Thanks a lot!

Regards,

Jerry

----- let the new Employer file H1 transfer BEFORE March 4,2005 .if the New employer H1 transfer appliction is recieved by USCIS before 4 march or before your employer sends letter revoke or cancell your H1 you are safe.
I appreciate any help as I need to know what should I do right now.
----- Request the new employer to file H1 transfer ASAP, provide the documents to his lawyer or to employer so that they can get new LCA for you(it only takes 2-3 days or can get same day it is faxback system) and lawyer may take time to prepare H1 petition and many delay it( it takes about 2 hours maximun to prepare the documents) make sure new lawyer sends documents to USCIS BEFORE 4 March
** March 4 is friday, lawyer need to send the documents latest by March 1 or 2 so that it reaches USCIS on time
Thanks a lot!
