need help on I-140 (EB1)

I filed my I-140 EB1-OR at June 2003 at Voment. However,
based on the current process in Voment, I am afraid that
I will not get my I-140 approved before I change my current
job (around the end of 2004). So I am filing another
I-140 application on EB1-EA. The reason is that EB1-EA
will not depend on the employment.

So my questions are:

1, when I file the new I-140 EB1-EA, should I notify INS
to revoke my previous I-140 petition?

2, Can I still keep my previous petition while filing the
new one? In this case, should I mention my previous
petition to INS at all?

Thank you very much for your help!

Why bother? You can file two I-140's and many people do that.

In form I-140, you are required to indicate if you previously filed other I-140 petitions.

Thank you very much for your help!

------ No need to revoke or withdraw the I-140 that is pending
2, Can I still keep my previous petition while filing the
new one?
------ Yes
In this case, should I mention my previous
petition to INS at all?
