Need help, InterimEAD comes after 90 days from RD or ND??

Should i wait for my Interim EAD 90 Days from Receipt date or Notice date??

In my case, where EAD apllication is transferred to local office:

Receipt Date: 09/20/2003
(Transfer) Notice Date: 10/30/2003.

Receipt Number LIN-03-272-xxxxx.

Please advice.

----- if your file has been transferred to local office and you or your lawyer have been informed then in this situation go to your local BCIS office after 90 days of RD of EAD application to get EAD

*** Did they transfer the I-485 to local BCIS office or only EAD application?
Is your case 245(i) or 245(k)?
