My mother signed me up for the I-130 form in 2007. My mom brought me to the United States when I was 5, now I am 18 years old. My mom became a US citizen when I was 15 but I was still an immigrant at the time. As of right now I am under my TPS since august 2010. However, this is what the paper said for my case in 2007.
" The above petition has been approved. the petition indicates that the person for whom you are petitioning is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status. The evidence indicates that he or she is not eligible to file an adjustment of status application. This determination is based on the information submitted with the petition and any relating file. If the person for whom you are petitioning believes that he or she is eligible for adjustment of status, then he or she should contact the local INS office for more information."
So does this mean my mom can't apply for me for premanent residence? If not am I eligible to get my greencard from the Life Act. Also, right now I am on a TPS.
