Need help Information about my i-130

She used this boy information who was around my age, he was only a year older than me. I do agree with you what she was criminal like... she never did the i-485 because th i-130 said," my petition was approved but i can not adjust status".
Like I said before, just because it says you can't adjust status doesn't mean it's true. However, you may be unable to adjust for other reasons, namely the fraud that was involved in your entry to the US, and the fraud involved with her entry and her path to citizenship.

Most of the illegal/undocumented enter the country with different means. Latinos cross the borders while asian's used to board planes. Back in the 70's and 80's there were fake visa stamps but real good ones. Immigration was not that well equipped nor they knew anything about it. Late 80's and 90's, PC came along. PC stands for Picture Change. People with US visas would sell their passports for a handsome amount. Later they would report it lost or stolen. Experts forgers would pull the original passport holders picture out and an another person would use that passport with their picture.
So in this young mans case, his mom probably bought a passport, got the picture changed and brought him over here. Now did his mom commit a fraud, yes she did just like the so called 12 to 18 million living here is US.

Now I don't think the OP want's to hide the facts except he is shy about it. Remember one thing OP, never hide anything from your lawyer or you doctor. You have a wonderful opportunity due to this community to save thousands of dollars and also to get the job done.

P.S., this the most interesting post I've ever come across!

Im not hiding anything, I already said," she used my picture on another person's passport visa so i could enter here but all the forms she been doing were under the real me. Al southern, i can understand what you saying just fine, I would consider myself illiterate if I haven't mastered the basic understand of english. However, everything I know I have added on the events in one of my following replies.

It seems you were smuggled illegaly into the country by your mother, with that being said you are therefore undocumented or EWI. if your mother obtained citizenship before your 18th bday you may derive citizenship from her only if you had lawfull entrance to the united states or already a green card holder otherwise you would need to return to your country of origin for consular process. you can only adjust status if you were lawfully admitted then overstayed etc. now there are certain things that make u inadmissable or may bar you for 3 or 10 years that is depending on the amount of illegal time you accrued in the US, for immigration purpose they do not count the time spent undocumented prior to your 18th birthday but you will be responsible for any time spent after that. there may be relief for you depending on when your mom submitted the i130, it sounds like she dropped the ball. you should consult with an attorney for advice because your situation is tricky. you are entitled to citizenship but you will have to fight to obtain it now that you are no longer a minor. good luck

I'm sorry for the late post but I had signed up for a community college. I had to focus on paying $10,000 a year for a community college :s. However, I end up dropping out because my under the table job wasn't giving me enough to pay for it. Also, I got laid off so I had no choice. Which is why now I will just focus on trying to get my green card because no one is going to help get it so I have to get it done myself. The problem is I'm not sure where to begin I don't want to waste money on the wrong paper work. Also, citi786 I told them I came on a fake visa with a fake passport I mean it was real but it was with my information. Also, The TPS i'm under my mom used my real information. If anyone can tell what documents I should apply to first would be greatly appreciated because I called plenty of lawyers they not talk to me unless i pay for an appointment. That I can not afford right now at this moment so if anyone would like to help me PLEASE...I'm 19 years old right now turning 20 on April 24,2012. I realized I'm going to turn 21 soon so I don't want that to happen before I file for some paper.
