i want to apply for k1 visa and i have a 2 years old daughter from a my first marriage who should apply for k2 ,
** can she travel with me in same time ?

**so do i need an authorization from my ex husband to take my daughter outside my country or i need that he certifies that he is not supporting any more his daughter so she can stay with me ?

You would have to check the domestic relation laws in your home country. I'd think 99% of the world would require parental consent of both parents to travel with an infant child but enforcement is another matter altogether.

If everything goes well, she will get a K-2 the same time you get a K-1.
You will need either complete legal custody or consent from the father.

The K-1 will allow you to bring your daughter with you at the same time.
Both of your visas will be good for travel to the USA for up to six full months.
Then you must marry within 90 days of your arrival. You should obtain written, notarized permission from your ex-husband allowing your daughter to immigrate with you to the USA without any conditions.
