Need help for J 1 Waiver visa

Dear Friends,

This is Nirav from India, I want to knw the excast process for J 1 waiver, 1st i need to collect my no objection certificate? what documents i have to send them??? can any one help me pls. I really need it.

is there any one from india, who did it already?? can i have contact number or e-mail?? u can reach me at. I dont know anything and i am so confuse.

I am really looking for help !

you should start with reading topics in this subforum. They have a wealth of information. Then, come back with questions if there is something in particular that you don't understand.

1- Read the instructions on the Indian Embassy form:

and begin assembling these documents. You may have to rely on friends/relatives in India for help in obtaining these three separate documents.

2- Once you have all three documents from India, you then go to the US DOS website and complete a form.

3- The web site will generate PDF forms for you to print out. One of these forms you must send to the Indian embassy (or consulate, see the first form above) along with the three documents you got from India. Separately, you must return the other PDF forms along with payment and all the other material they request (Statement of Reason, copies of DS-2019 forms, etc).

That's the general procedure.
