came to this country as f1, then obtained h1, then got married to a usc. is it possible to get back h1 status if divorced during I-485 pending or during the 2 year's conditional gc period in this country? is it required to go back to homecountry to change back to h1? Thanks for advise.

You should be able to get back to H1 unless you already spent 6 years on H1.
As for changing the status to H1 in the US, rule is not clear, as I-539 is for non-immigrant which you are not now. You may need to travel before being back to H1(and you of course need to have valid H1 stamp and approved petition with employment offer from sponsor).
