I am writing this on behalf of a friend who intends to apply for Visitors visa for her mother. My friend is a naturalized US citizen and wants to bring her mother(who is a senior citizen) to USA. In case her mom adjusts to the environment, she intends to apply for a Green Card. Will there be any issues to change from a B1/B2 visa to permanent citizen?
