My parents came here to US on 20th Feb 2007. I filed for their green card on April 18th , 2007. I received I-797C, Notice of Action yesterday which says :
The above petition has been approved. The petition indicates that the person for whom you are petitioning is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status. The evidence indicates that he or she is not eligible to file an adjustment of status application. and because of this, we have sent the approved petition to NVC.
My question is - now since the case is with NVC is it Consular processing?
Also they have visa till 19th Aug - as per I94 they got at the airport. Should they stay here till we hear from NVC or should they go back to India and wait there?
