Need Advice

Hi All,

I have my green card at the moment and would qualify for citizenship by June 2008.My spouse is in Nigeria.My husband's mother sent in an application on his behalf last year as she is a US citizen.

I was wondering if my mother-in-law should withdraw her application right now or wait till i become a citizen since i intend filing for my husband as soon as i get my citizenship.

no need to withdraw mom's application at all. You never know when you might need it.
