Need Advice

Guys,

Need some advice on this I applied for my I-94 and I-131 a year ago and still haven't received it. Whenever I call the customer service they send a inquiry and then I get a letter stating that they are still doing background checks.

Can anyone advice what should I do.

I can see two options: (a) hire an attorney to threaten legal action against the agency for the excessive delay and (b) ask your member of Congress for help. Option (b) depends on how helpful your congressman is. some congessmen really go the bat for people in their district.
