Nebraska 485 movement

I'm an Oct '06 applicant (I-140 approved in Aug 07) - no updates or anything on my application.

I am also waiting, came to know today that NC and BC is clear for me. Did not tell for dependents.

Just a correction... my 485 ND was 10/26/06 earlier by mistake I had written 10/26/07.

NC/BC was confirmed via infopass appointment :p. By calling they would not tell.
 
good news for you. did they tell you about the next step in infopass??

What he told me was everything looks good. You have just replied to the RFE so that could have caused the delay ... I assume in the 485 .
Then he said wait couple of months and you should hear from them. I did not ask further why he said that assuming the RFE says 60 days they will send the decision. Thats why he said that.
October 26 my 485 will be pending for 1 year. I see that EB1C March 2007 case recently approved.

Why did it take about a year till now. You were current all these months. I see some june filers getting greencards now. Did you get stuck in namecheck?
 
Hi, Infopass said my Name check and background check is clear. As I had the RFE thats what causing the delay.
