We are in Queue. after IIO Discussion.//

Yesterday, I talked to IIO and He Said it will take 30-45 days...
but he also said that good thing is that your case is moving..
I could not understand what is mean by case is moving.
When I asked why other peoples are getting who filed after us..he said
I am not your IIO and the case is also not with me I am just checking the computer
and telling you that your row is moving and hopefully you will get in 30 days..//

I Guess we are all in same queue...I am also from Chicago EB-2 RIR..//
Please post the discussion if you will get a chance to talk to IIO..//

Spoke to an IIO ( Jan 15, 2002)

This morning I spoke to a lady IIO. She said that our (mine and my wife) cases are still pending. She said that they she is "fairly confident" that the cases will be assigned to an IIO in the next four weeks. She said that they are processing cases that have been received during the time my case was received. When I asked that some Feb 2001 cases are done she did not have an answer but only said that they are processing cases around Nov \'00 time frame. So not a whole lot of new info from the IIO. Just have to keep the fingers crossed for more time ...........
