ND in August 2002 and no second FP yet - NSC

I noticed that a lot of folks with ND even later the August 2002 are receiving 2FP. I have not received it, I did 1st FP in September 2002. Anybody in the same boat? :confused:

I'm in the same boat. we did 1st FP in the month of october 2002. so far we never received 2nd FP notice. do you think we need to ring up INS???
