The Officer will place you under Oath and review your answers to the questions on the form. That process is actually part of the English test (understanding and speaking for MOST folks--unless you are deaf and/or mute).
Any "issues" will be discussed in greater detail (criminal records, extensive travel, phony immigration marriage, etc...).
Reading and writing tests. (Very simple.)
Basic civics questions.
