My wife is trying for her citizenship. Can someone advise if we can apply for her citizenship based on her US visit mentioned below
June 2002-15 days
June 2003-15 days (Had a 1 yr re-entry permit)
June 2005-Nov 2005
March 2006-today.

I spoked to my lawyer and he says we can count 364 days prior to June 2005 making us eligible to file in June 2009, but it could be risky.
He says the safe time would be wait another 6 months (Dec 09) and since we can file 90 days in prior he told me to file in Sept 09.

Can someone advise whether its feasible or not?
 
Just to clarify, in 2002 and 2003 she returned to the US in June for a 15 day visit each time? What about 2004? Was she out of US from June 2003 until June 2005?

Does each of those represent stays within the US, or stays outside the US?

Are you a US citizen, and if yes, did you become a citizen 3 or more years ago?
