National Passport and N-400

I do hold green card as a direct result of asylum. I did obtain a national passport and went to a third country to visit my parents. I have never been to my country (COP) after I got asylum. I never show my national passport when I enter the USA. I only use re-entry permit.
Is that gonna couse a problem in my N-400 application.
Please, help. Thanks
 
As long as the travel didn't interfere with your continuous residence or physical presence requirements it shouldn't be an issue.
