I am sorry if I am posting in the wrong forum but I am not sure what type of visa I need.
I am a US citizen living in the US. I am thinking about bringing in a domestic worker from Nepal and would like to know what the procedure and likelyhood of getting such a visa is. The individual I would like to bring is not a relative to me or any such thing. As a matter of fact, the only reason I would like to bring this person to the US is because she was a domestic worker at my brother's house in Hong Kong and is very good at it. Any help is appreciated.
