I can recall two deadlines that were floating around here regarding namecheck process, but I need specific links (preferrably on government sites) on them to file with my letter to congressmen:
1. 180 days for FBI namecheck process (at least there used to be a law of some sort people were going to court with and won, but I guess it expired now, still need a link though)
2. USCISC+FBI internal effort to clear the backlog of applications by specific dates in mid-2008 (I remember July 2008 for 2006 applications for example).
Could somebody please paste these links here?
