Name on the I-130 return receipt is not correct!!!

Hi
I filed I-130 and I-485 applications for my parents on Oct.19. On Nov.4, I got receipt of I-130 and I-485 for them. But I noticed that on receipt for I-130, Beneficiary item of my Mom's name is not complete. It has only Sur name, but not full name. I tried to call NCSC at 1-800-375-5283 to report the problem, but no options to speak with a representative. What should I do?

Write a letter, reference the receipt number for the case and mail it to the address provided on the receipt notice (??? Service Center or Benefits Center). Point out the error and get the correct information into the file. If mom will be relying on one of the interim benefits received (an EAD or Advance Parole) those items will need to be issued in the correct name in order for her to use them to work or travel. If different receipt numbers have been provided for any other forms make sure to include those and enough copies for each pending application or petition. She should also make a point to get it corrected at the ASC when being fingerprinted. If mom will not be working or traveling then she can just make sure that the information is correct at time of interview so that her greencard will be correct.

All that is ASSUMING that she will get approved.
