Name Mismatch -- Urgent Info Needed

My name as per passport is

First : Shilpa
Middle: Vani
Last : Vemula

but my name in advance parole is

First : Vemula
Middle: Shilpa
Last: Vani

I'm going to india in december.. Would I have any problem in the port of entry while coming back ? My 485 is filed according to AP.

You can argue at POE that AP was a mistake, but since you have applied 485 per AP, I think you might have issues. Everything should match your passport- always.
File a Name correction (find the form in USCIS.gov) for AP and 485 and have the application/receipt as additional doc while entering US. POE agents are understanding in this kind of matters...
