a quote from that testimony:
Approximately 85% of name checks are electronically returned as having "No Record" within 72 hours. A "No Record" indicates that the FBI's Central Records System contains no identifiable information regarding this individual.
You would think then that approximately 85% of us would then receive our I-485 approvals well within the CIS published processing times. But do we? Hell no! Somebody is bullshitting big time, either this dude or the clowns at CIS![]()
well... maybe I was a little too pessimistic there.
I mean, think about it, if your case is processed within published CIS processing time there would've been no need to come to this forum, or to trackitt.com etc. So perhaps all of us here, that are so frustrated with the long times and the futility of it all, are the minority ~15% of cases that take too long.
Folks.... This is Year - 2003 testimony.... We are in 2007 --- world has changed... buddy's
