Name check completion not required for I-485 Adjudication

My I-485 was approved on Feb 6, 2008, after I filed a WOM law suit in Dec 2007... It looks like my I-485 was approved without name check being completed if it was still not completed on Feb 15 as the letter says.

It looks like the Aytes Memo on Feb 4, 2008 starts to work. USCIS aprroves first WoM cases. Congratulation!

Any new approvals after the name check memo came out. I am especially interested in cases stuck in local offices.
