Name Chcek cleared ...can I apply with my company?

Hello people...

I got an email from my IO that my name check has cleared...However,I have a different issue...My relationship with my wife were getting worse 3 months back and so I had asked my company to start my GC application....they were about to file for my labour cert next week....
I believe since my Name check is cleared I shud be getting my conditional GC soon...(since its less than 2 years to my marriage)....the situation with my wife has not changes much...I know I cannot file for another I-485 if I am already a permanent resident....
But...Can I just file and get my labour cert cleared?...That ways if after 2 years I am unable to remove my conditions my priority date will be 2007...and then I can apply for my I-140 and I-485..

Does someone have an idea???

You can remove the conditions of your residency by yourself if you divorce. For as long as the marriage was entered in good faith. Read the instructions for I-751

Thanks for ur response...I dont know much about consular processing...Can u please let me know how it works...I wud really appreciate..!!!
