Starting thread to track timelines starting from Sept.

I have a question, what are typical times these days at San francisco center.

My tracker so far :

8/30/08 : Priority expressed my N400 application

Congrats!! That was a fast journey...

BTW my receipt mentions that my case has been transferred to national benefits center and it will not affect my application. It also mentions that max time to process is 460 days. I wonder is this is standard ? Nowhere it mentions that my case is being transferred to San Francisco DO.

Does anyone know where the SF interviews are held? Are they at the same spot as fingerprinting?

I am not sure where the interviews are held, but we will get notified where to appear.

I'm on the Southern end of San Mateo county so not really sure if I'm SF or SJ office.

Hopefully a painless process .. unlike the Green Card in 1981!

09/30/2008: check cashed
10/11/2008: NOA received(dated 10/07/08)
Waiting for FP notice
Anyone applying on 4 yr 1 day rule with re-entry permit(s)?
 
I received a second FP notice in the mail on Saturday. The notice states that the FBI was unable to process my original FP.

Getting them redone on Oct 29th.
 
Looks like no one who had FP in the end of September or early October has received IL. Signs of slowing down?
 
Things definately look like they are slowing

I agree, things are slowing down. I had my FP done 10/1/08 - yet not received IL.

Though some service centers are still able to process faster.
