N400 requirements for 4yr+1 day rule

I am planning on applying for my citizenship based on the 4yr +1 day rule. Can someone please list out the required documents?

Apart from the instructions in the guide, you can also include cover letter stating that you are filing under 4 year + 1 day rule.

I know this would be asking for too much. But if anyone of you has a sample cover letter to send for the 4yr+1 day N400 application, I would really appreciate it if you could post it here. Just to get an idea.
