Question reagarding marriage in the application, Does that apply to church marriage only as well ? or only legal/ court marriage ?

Any legal marriage be by court house, judge, church, parking lot, backyard etc... Just as long as it's by an ordianed minister and you obtained the marriage licence etc...

If it was just a ceremonial marriage that wasn't registered with the relevant legal authorities, it doesn't count as a marriage for immigration purposes.

Or an official who is authorized to preside over a legal marriage.
