Best of luck. Note that past performance is not a guarantee of future results ... so while you let the lawyer frame the arguments, go through the petition yourself and make sure the facts are correct ... basically do not give CIS a chance to argue that your motion is invalid for some reason. Take a week to review the draft, revise as necessary.
