Hello all!
I realy need a advice from this form. I am in trouble. My I-751 is pending since from 17 months and also my n-400 is pending from 5 months.
Now big problem for me is that my wife wants divorce , we been married from four years,( and i got temporary green card for two years on january 2006).
now my question is that between or after divorce process if my n-400 or i-751 interview come then what should i do?
am i still able to keep my status after divorce ?
in case of divorce should i inform to immigration? should i file again i-751?
