N400 history & Civics new or old Test?

Does anyone know when new test will be effective? now candidates have a choice between new and old. Anyone has a link?

I am choosing the new test as it is so much easier!..I still don't get it why people pick to take the old one. Who can remember those 13 states?..haha...in the new one you just have to name two!
