N400 form expiration date

N400 form shows up with Exp date 12/31/09.. I am eligible to file on Feb 10.. is it good idea to use the form as is or wait for udpates ? thanks in advance.

New N-400 for 2010???

Hi! I am was about to send my N-400 and noticed that at the top it says: Expires 12-31-09 I was wondering if anyone knows whether there is a new version for 2010? I couldn't find a newer one on the website. Thanks a lot, this means a lot to me.
If anyone could reply to this threat or email me I'd really appreciate it.
