N400 denied for not meeting residency requirement

Hi,

My N400 application is denied because I failed to meet residency requirement. I applied N400 on 11th June 2019 but my 90 days eligibility date as per USCIS calculator is 12th June 2019.

I do not see any re-application date in denial notice. I now meet residency and all the other requirements for Naturalization. Can I re-apply for N400 now or do I need to wait for certain period?

Thanks, I appreciate your feedback!

Yeah you have to be very careful because as you can see being even a day early can lead to an expensive denial.

When you submit online, they tell you the it's too early

There have been cases where online submission has been shown as fine for the applicant but then recorded as a day early depending on time zone. Long thread on another forum about this for someone who was denied for that but appealed, proved his actual submission time and got approved, a few other people posted similar experience. So yes online technically works but is not infallible.

Ah, I see. Do you think that if I apply one week later, it will be mostly safe? Like the online says Feb 1, then I apply Feb 8 to give sufficient room
