N400 Application Name check

Dear all,
I got stuck in the FBI name check during my I-485 case for almost 4 years. What is the difference between GC and Citizenship name check? and what are my chances to get stuck again in the name check during N400 process?

1.To get my GC approved I had to file WOM, will this affect my N 400? Will they know I sued them before?
2.My case is marrige based, what supporting documents should I send with the application beside tax transcripts, bank statements, marriage certificate, my spouse's birth certificate and copy of my GC?

With naturalization they have a mandate to decide your case within 120 days after the interview. So once you get an interview, they can't just drag out your case for years unless you sit back and let them.
