N400 App

I downloaded N400 application form and at the top right hand corner of N400 app there is a OMB No 1615-0052 which expires on 12/31/09.

1>Is it ok to use this form to apply in 2010 or do we have to wait for the new form?

Also,
2>Should i submit color copy of my PR card or is Black and White sufficient?

1) Yes, expired form is ok to use for now

2) black and white copy is sufficient
