N-400 Receipt Number

Hi all,

I sent my N-400 application via FedEx, so could not send it to the lockbox facility. I believe we can use the Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance only if we send the application to the lockbox facility.

I see that the checks have been cashed.

Is there any other way to get the receipt number, before receiving the I-797 ?

Is the Receipt Number printed on the cashed check (back of the check) ?

Thanks

My friend, you are undergoing an CRA attack (Citizenship Related Anxiety). I went through the same, so can't tell you to relax. But there is nothing you can do to get this information. I looked in to all avenues at the time, but you can't do much. Relax, you will get your receipt in a few days and then the CRA will continue until the day of your oath!!! :-)

i totally agree with complexity... just take it easy, know that it is just a matter of time, if you did not send the G-1145 you can do it online somewhere in the USCIS website.

For some people, there is no rest until the passport is in hand. Even after that, having to send the passport off, to get a visa from some of the countries can be daunting . . . . :-)
