N-400 Questions on filling out form for 3 Year vs 5 Year

Presently filling out form N-400 and have carefully read through the instructions but have some questions about filling out certain sections.

I am a lawful permanent resident for a little over 3 years and have been married to a US Citizen the whole time plus meet the residency requirements.

My question is whether I still need to fill out a full 5 Year History for the following sections:
Part 6: Information and your Residence & Employment
Part 7: Time Outside of the United States

The instructions in the actual N-400 form imply that I have to fill out all 5 years whereas the separate N-400 Instructions imply that they are only interested in the relevant information since receiving my green card (about 3 years of data).

Hoping someone can advise whether I should fill out all 5 years or just stick to the time frame since receiving my green card?

Any advice greatly appreciated!

The instructions default for the 5 year rule. If you are applying under 3 year rule, then statutory period is 3 years and and you only would need to disclose information for last 3 years.
