Good day everybody,

I need to submit my form N-400 asap. And I have a question:

besides the form N-400, do I need to submit all supporting documentation such as copy of ssc, passport, drivers license, marriage certificate and etc , or simple N-400?

thank you guys for your help.

You should read the N-400 application instructions and the Guide to Naturalization.
At a minimum, you'll need to submit two photographs and a copy of your green card (front and back).
What else (if anything) exactly you need to submit depends significantly on the type of your application (a 5 year rule or marriage-based) and on specific circumstances of your case (e.g. whether you had any criminal convictions, arrests, traffic tickets, whether you had any absences of longer than 6 months, etc). You do need to do some homework before posting questions here.

Thank you for replying !

I am applying based on 2 years and 9 month of being resident and married to USC.
I need to submit : copy of my green card, photos , i have no criminal record.

do i need to submit marriage certificate? any proofment that we live together , or I need to bring it on interview?

thank again

Guys you are so mean,
why you trying to be smart instead of just simply answer the question.

I hope anybody would help me, please tell me should I send all papers or not?
Thank you

Helper_green, why are you being lazy? Go read the Guide like was suggested because different people have different documents that they need to submit depending on their situation. I will make it easy on you ... go read page 48 onwards in the Guide to figure out your requirements.

It's not a question of being mean or smart. The answers you are looking for are in the guide.

If you have a straightforward case, then no, you don't need to send your lease. For a basic, normal, easy case: application form, 2 photos, copy of both sides of GC and cheque for $675.

Can you say:
do I need to send lease or not?

YES r NO??
thanks

Bring any supporting evidence of a marital union to a USC for 3 years to the interview instead of sending it in. This includes but not limited to marriage certificate, lease, utilities, life insurance, and tax transcripts.

If you have children through marriage to the USC, then send a copy of the birth certificate with your N-400 as evidence of marital union because it has both your name and your spouse's name on it. Otherwise, any of the docs mentioned on page 48. Again, I say read those pages on the guide because it clearly tells you what all you need to submit with the application.

send everything if you can afford the postal stamps, it will help out the US Postal Service to make more money.

or

don't send everything, they will ask for it later
