Hi All,
My question is regarding the interview letter.
I noticed from several threads that the average time between the "Sent to Local Office" email notification and receiving actually interview letter is normally four days.

I got the notification on 26th November (8 days) and still haven't received the interview letter.

I would like to know if this is normal and when I should consider contacting USCIS.

Thanks in advance for your response(s).

Was there a line entry on case status online concerning something being scheduled or notice sent?

After Fingerprinting, I received a Yellow letter in the mail and then the online status changed to "Testing and Interview". I thought the interview letter normally arrives in the mail after the status change.

I just need to know what the average time is for getting the interview letter in the mail.

Well, I would say it's upon one's case. I got my status changed on October, 29th (on October, 28th it was still old) and got interview letter on Monday, November 1st. So, in my case it happened exactly how you've described. And 2 weeks later I got recommendation:) to bring my state ID and passport.

How many days have been passed since your on-line status was changed?
I think you should be getting it pretty soon. Good luck on interview!

It's been 8 days since the status changed.

Maybe I'm just a little anxious, but I thought the status change online implies the interview letter was probably dated 2 days prior and should be here by now.
