N-400 Application DENIED due to missing interview from illness?

I went ahead and scheduled a infopass appointment online. At the end it asks to print the appointment so I may take it with me.I went to check on my printer make sure its on and by the time I came back to print my 3 year old had closed the page.I was hoping they emailed it to the email I provided but did not see anything. Is there anyway I can go back to print the page?
I remember the date and time but would like that confirmation when I go just incase there's a confusion.

If you go back to the infopass page, and try to make another infopass appointment, your old one will show up an dyou can still print it I think.

you just need to be more organized in general - expecting letters to arrive AND be processed in 3 days (even if your letter got there in 1 day, it's not the top priority for the USCIS, they have millions of stuff to process), leaving important windows open around a 3 yr old, and not passing the "?"s on the 1st exam ??wth? that's the easiest part to pass. Just be more organized, and vigilant for the next time.
This is serious stuff, man - you can't just "wing it" and expect everything to work!

I agree about the "winging it" part. Assuming that is correct and not a mis-reading, remember that you also need to work on the appeal. Do not forget about it because you assume INFOPASS will take care of this issue. It may not ... and then you may end up with almost no time to file an appeal.

So if infopass does not work and I don't file an appeal since it will cost me $600, Can I try re-applying like in 3 years again by sending a new application instead of paying for an appeal and a new application? Or will i still need to appeal after 3 years if I want to re-apply?

Yes, you can try to reapply in 3 years by filing a new application along with the application fee. You don't have to appeal before reapplying.

You can start saving a buck/day, so in 3 years (minus the 90 days window) you will have $1005 which leaves you with $330 saving, IF they don't change the application fee by then LOL

Why on earth you want to re-apply again in 3 years?!!! The economy is so bad, going to more than worse, and the US Citizenship helps a lot in finding some decent jobs, if you have what it takes. Appealing sounds so worth it.

BTW, is there a statutory limit of 3 years before a person can re-file?
If the denial is just for "not showing up", it is not like the person has some statute to run out.

There's no statutory limit of 3 years when reapplying for not showing up.The OP was stating 3 years as an example of when he would want to apply again, not when he can apply again.

Great. So as long as he is confident about the "Qs", the OP can as well re-file immediately ... rather than going through the appeal process. Cost is about the same ... unless a lawyer comes in the picture.

So to sum it up...If infopass does not workout, I can pay $605 to appeal. If I decide not to appeal I can reapply again by sending a new application and application fee at anytime from what Im reading. Im also guessing my application should be accepted with no issues since it was accepted the first tiime?

Just to clear things up...These questions I was asking concern my wife not me.She does not speak very good english. This is why she failed the "questions part"in the first interview. This is also another reason I may not appeal and instead wait another couple of years before reapplying.I applied for early was because i thought she would pass but i guessed wrong.she does know maybe 40% of the questions but not sure if thats enough to pass but thats why i will try infopass.Doesn't make sense to appeal if it doesnt work out.

I would also think of enrolling her in one of those classes for citizenship preparation or some basic spoken English class - having at least a normal amount of English knowledge is important, not just to pass the interview, but also to feel and live like a normal person in the US, not to mention work, studying etc etc, and also to feel integrated into society, and it would definitely help her self confidence...
Sometimes I meet people that are citizens here and have been living here for 10-15 yrs who speak horribly poor English, and I always wonder how the heck they survive...perhaps they don't need it to live here, i don't know...perhaps they only talk and interact with people from their own country and never learn enough English...

Some people don't assimilate into American culture. They cocoon themselves by having to only interact with people of their own language. Of course that is different from someone who is trying, but has difficulty learning English.
