N-336 Hearing, what to expect?

Hi guys,

I will have a n-336 hearing soon, and I dont know what to expect there. Is the officer gonna ask 100 civic questions again as on previous interview? will be result at the same day or should i wait the decision in the mail? If anyone had experience , please share with me!

What was the reason that your N-400 application was denied? Did you pass the civics and English test at the original naturalization interview?

you should not expect a decision to be made at the N-336 hearing itself.

The Hearing Officer will adderess whatever needs to be addressed but you have not indicated the reason for the initial denial. Do you actually have an appointment or have you only just filed?

The purpose of the hearing is for you to show additional/new evidence on why your case shouldn't have been denied. They wouldn't ask you civic questions again at hearing.
