Is it true that if someones' labor is approved and I-140 appproved/pending,
the visa office can not deny H1 visa stamping?
---------------------- LC and I-140 is filed by employer for future permanent job.
H1 petition has nothing to do with LC or I-140.
H1 stamp can be rejected and can be approved and depends on particular case details. Having I-140 filed or LC filed or approved does not give guarantee that H1 visa stamp will not get rejected.
