my Wife's EAD approved

We got X'mas present from INS, my wife's EAD is approved on 26th Dec,

She was on H4 Visa,

Can she legally work in store's like Fry's and any other?
Does she need SSN for the same, do we need any other doc.

YES, she needs SSN # before she goes for work
she should take Passport, EAD or I-485 reciept to nearest SSN office and she should apply for SSN before she finds work and for work she has to fill up I-9 form with employer

Once she uses EAD she has to use AP to enter USA, so always keep valid AP or apply AP before her departure and she should have AP in hand before leaving US to reenter and if her AP expires when she is out of US she will not be able to enter US and her AOS can be abondened.

Then do we need to give back TAX Identification back after getting SSN?

Give back TIN to whom?? Instead of ITIN she will start to use SSN. that is all. Only SSN holders are accepted for employment by 99% of the legitimiate corps in USA.
