My wife and me have some usresolved issues for that she wanted divorce one day and next day she is saying that she do not want divorce. Now her father says that i have just married for GC, which is not true. We spent 1 and half years in US and before that we married for more than 2years. I have got perm. GC . Now 1)they r saying that they r going to file complaint in INS that i married for GC only, so can they file such thing in INS???
2) WHat happen next once they file in INS??
3) My marriage was in good faith so what happens to my permanent GC?? Can INS revoke it??

They can file complaint to INS, however, they have to show solid
evidence that you married for GC to let INS revoke your GC.
No evidence, no punishment on your GC.

--------------------- it is your wife who provided affidevit of support with your I-485 then your wife is pary to immgration fraud if she sends letter to USCIS she may be in problems ( I dont know if your GC is based on your wife employement based I-485 and your were derivative spouse or the GC that you got is family based)

---------- if your wife is US citizen then your GC is Conditinal, need more info about the case.
Can INS revoke it??

Is your wife a US Citizen? If you had filed GC for your wife as a dependent, I wonder how could they file an complaint to the INS as your case was the primary? You may want to raise this question to the lawyer if this is the case.

They can say whatever they want and they can complain as much they want, but unless they have some material or circumstantial proof that you got married for GC, then their complain is not going to work. How do they know that you maried her for GC? If they claim that they were aware of your alleged intention before marriage, then they are also in trouble too.

USCIS can start an investigation, if USCIS wants. But unless your in-laws provide any substance, it's unlikely USCIS will do anything.

USCIS is not going to revoke your GC unless USCIS finds they there is a fraud involved while obtaining your GC (e.g your marriage was not in good faith).
For just being cautious, try to gather/keep some information in support of your "marriage in good faith". For example, how and when you met her, how and when you got married, reason for divorce, divorce court papers etc. As I understand, you are not asking for divorce, but your wife wants it, right? If so, it's will be difficult for her to prove that you did not marry her in good faith.

It seems like your GC is not conditional anymore since it has been over two years. I understand one can remove the condition within the first two years of marriage. If that's the case, the parents can do NOTHING to hurt your residency. However if it's still conditional, then, you have to find a lawyer ASAP.

I found this helpful info here: http://www.hooyou.com/divorce/aftercgc.html

(Check all the links in that article.)

thanks for response, here is some new info

i have unconditional GC got on marriege base .. she wanted divorce twice and one day she had a big quarrel with me and she wanted divorce and next day she does not. Now whatever she wants but i want the divorce

I think conditional or unconditional does not matter for immigration fraud.

3.5+years in marriage, and it has been 6 months after being unconditional, is that right ?
if she wants to divorce, probably no problem, but if you want
divorce, it may invite some scrutiny from CIS. You had better
insist she wanted divorce first.

Divorce has nothing to do with him losing his PR. It may effect his citizenship application in the future somewhat.

Divorce has nothing to do with PR, however, if divorce happens
too soon after PR based on marriage with US citizen, it may or may not
draw the attention of CIS. Though it is unlikely that CIS starts investigation,
I just gave him a heads-up JUST IN CASE. No intent to scare him.
