thanks god its over,
we went today for interview regarding my wife case who is a derivative asylee, her case was transferred fro nebraska center to texas center, then to san francisco local office,

the interview was at 8 : am morning, the officer was very nice guy,

he asked my wife few questions from previous regarding our marriage,

we provided him with a lot of documentations proofs of our legal marriage,

bank statements, joint taxs filing, leases, marriage pictures, and IRA accounts

then he told my wife that her case will be approved, he stamped her japanese
passport of permanent residence approval stamp,

the stamp on the passport says"processed for i 551, temporary evidence of
lawful admission for permanrnt residence, valid until 3 12 2007,
employment authorised"

the officer told my wife that she will get the card from nebraska center

within 4 weeks,

after we left the building and came back home the officer called us home ,

and told us that my wife need to come back immediately because he forgot to take her fingerprint, we went back again,

he appoligized to us and said he need to take her fingerprint just in case for the record even she had done the bio 6 months ago,

he took her fingeprint and we came back home,

i guess its over now
