Hello,

I got married recently and my wife is a US citizen but we live in different states. I visit her once in a week or 3 times in a month as we work in different states. I have H1B visa. If she sponsers me for Green Card, Are we going to have an initial interview? As we live in different states, will there be any problem? will they ask us any questions?

If she sponsors you for a GC you should expect interview with both of you. Living apart due to work is not something would make you ineligible for GC.
