I am on B1/B2 Visa. I was in US for 5 months. My VISA is still valid till 31st Jan 2011. I have to come back for urgent issues. If i want to re-enter in US do i will face some issues.

If I re-enter in US what will be my visa period. It will re-stamped again for next few months. Please do let me know.

If you just left US after a 5 months stay, and have extended stays in US in your past, you might even be denied a entry, carry solid grounds or need to visit US again. For example don't raise any medical emergency for somebody near and dear in US unless you are a doctor.

What have you been doing in the US over the past 5 months and what do you intend to do if granted re-entry? This is what the POE officer would want to know. How you answer these will determine how it goes for you.

What type of visa are you here on now? There are different visas for different training purposes. B-1, H-3, M-1, J-1, F-1, other?

Why do you want to come back? Is it to resume training? Will you seek to enter under a different visa type? Do you qualify for a different visa type? Can you show that you have definite plans to leave? Have you got ties back home?

What is your specific situation? Are you trying to "live in the U.S." on a tourist visa?

The CBP Officer won't be this nice to you.

Seeing that you stayed in the US for 5 months on a B-2 and are seeking another B-2 entry, time spent outside the US will matter. What will the total time be betwen the two visits? When you say, "few days", how much is few exactly?

A1: No
A2: Depends on the admitting officer. You may not even be admitted. Keep that in mind.
A3: Could range from a few simple questions to being sent to secondary where it may get a tad rough.
A4: Very likely
A5: Documents really do not carry that much weight. Justification and defense of your visit intentions matters.
