My sponser doesn't know affidavit support

I sent a bland Form I-134 to my sponser. But he asked me,
should I just fill and sign?

Should I send it to you after sign or I should submit it to a certain office in USA to get more stamps?

Should I send you more documents or not?
Although I red the instruction, actually I have no answer.
Could u help me to answer him

There are instructions at the link below on how he/she needs to complete the form. It needs to be completed and signed by the sponsor and some supporting documents included when he sends you that form.

Thanx for your fast reply. So, it doesn't bed to submitted to any us office, just send it to me directly with some supporting documents like evidences, right?

Yes, your sponsor should just send the form and supporting documents directly to you after filing out the form. He/she can scan and email the documents to you.
