My son is 2 month ago how can I get visa to him

You should have asked your questions BEFORE traveling to the US.

Since you entered the US without your son, he is no longer eligible for instant permanent resident status at the port of entry. Now you will need to file I-130 for your son and wait 1 to 2 years depending on visa bulletin movement in the F2A category. While you wait, make sure to go back to the US enough to avoid losing your own green card.

But isn't her son eligible to be her derivative beneficiary?
 
BritSimon can u please tell me if what u are saying about a baby not needi.g a visa is true why I'm being g told that my baby can't travel with me?
Here is my case; my usc stepmother file for me. I got pregnant before visa was issued
I did my interview at 7 months of prenancy. I told officials I'm pregnant
My visa was issue nearly 2 months after interview then came baby. I emailed embassy that the baby came and the informed me that my baby can't go with me and that I must file foe baby after I enter the us as a lpr. My visa category is ir2
This is not dv. What must I do? Please respond. Note that i am not maried ,1My visa expires June 4th 2016 and I turn 21 June 5th 2016.

Since your baby was born after the issuance of the visa, if you haven't entered the US yet, you can bring your baby with you when you enter the US and the baby won't need a visa. The consulate may be confused because they think you want a visa for the baby, but that's not what you are looking for. You may want to get a transportation letter from the consulate to satisfy airlines that the baby can enter the US.

Ask them for the letter I even told them about sec 211 of the act. They're stll saying no.
 
I ask for the letter but they said I can't do it like this. They still insist that I go and then file for the baby. Do u think its because I am under 21?

Then see if the airline will take him without a letter. The letter is not needed for entry; only for satisfying the airline. If you can satisfy the airline otherwise by showing them the official policy, they may take him. Otherwise, if you are in Canada/Bahamas/Aruba/Bermuda/Ireland/UAE you can go through US preclearance and not worry about the airline.
